Our teachers support, encourage, and help you achieve your goals. They will touch your heart, long after you leave your yoga mats.
Offering Vinyasa Flow classes in a moderately heated room (temp near 90 degrees.) All other classes or done in a non-heated room: Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Slow Flow, Prenatal and Meditation classes.
